Ford GT 40 at the 2003 Monterey Historic Automobile Races
For the 30th time, the Laguna Seca Raceway hosted the annual Monterey Historic Automobile Races. This years' honored marque and was Ford, which turned 100 years in 2003.
Another attraction was the race of group 2A - The Bugatti Grand Prix - which consisted solely of Bugatti race cars. More than forty Type 13, Type 35, Type 37, Type 39, Type 41, Type 45, Type 51, Type 57 and 59 competed in a one-of-a-kind assembly over 10 laps at the Laguna Seca Raceway.
