Close to 200 vintage & classic automobiles came together for the 8th Concours d'Elegance in Palos Verdes.
The new location at the Ocean Trails Golf Club, with an impressive backdrop of cliffs and the Pacific Ocean, provided the appropriate stage for the annual show.
"This event could possibly rival Pebble Beach some day" said this year's
Grand Marshal Bruce Meyer, who brought Clark Gables 1956 Mercedes-Benz 300 Sc
and a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing. Several other one-of-a-kind automobiles - like a
1964 Mercedes-Benz 230 SL with a Pininfarina body and a 1936 Bugatti Type 57 Atalante
with a Paul Née body could be appreciated in this beautiful setting.
