The Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance 1999

WINNER 'Best Of Show' 1999

Winner 'Best of show' 1999 Pebble Beach
1932 DAIMLER Double Six Martin Walter Sport Saloon (one off)

Purchased in London four years ago, one of the owners saw the car in three sections and three places - chassis, engine and several boxes of parts, and thought it could be a Pebble Beach winner. Mark Goyette and Art Tomchik, of Goyette Design in Ramona, Calif., worked for three years on a nut and bolt restoration, and Alan Taylor Company of Escondido, Calif. did the engine work and tool kit.
