Acura was the title sponsor of the 9th Annual Palos Verdes Concours d'Elegance, which has
been held for the second time at the Ocean Trails Golf Club, which provided an impressive backdrop
of cliffs and the Pacific Ocean to the more than 200 automobiles assembled.
Understandably, this years' event did not have the easiness and lightheartedness of the past years,
but demonstrated the solidarity and unity of the classic car community. No other vintage automobile
event ever saw such a presence and display of 'old glory' (the american flag).
The featured marques of this year have been Packard, Bugatti, Rolls-Royce and Bentley,
Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Austin-Healey,
Chevrolet Corvettes and Ferrari. Many one-of-a-kind automobiles - like a
